POLS 3300: U.S. Constitution and Courts 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: POLS 1101 This course provides an overview of American law. The course covers the basic design and structures of the United States court system, trial and appellate legal process, and Constitutional law basics including governmental powers and civil rights and liberties.
