Undergraduate Academic Policies

Academic policies at Kennesaw State University are divided into seven (7) categories, outlined below:

General University Regulations contains policies that pertain to the general operations of the university. |
|
Registration Policies contains policies that pertain to registration, or process of enrolling in courses. |
|
Grading Policies contains policies that pertain to awarding and receiving grades for standard and unique course types. |
|
Academic Standing, Probation, and Reinsttatement Policies contains policies that outline the expectations for students to progress through a program of study. |

Program Requirements and Graduation Policies contains policies for graduation, or the completion and awarding of a degree, certificate, or other program of study. |

Transfer and Placement Policies contains policies that pertain to the transferring of coursework from another institution or for learning at the secondary education level. It also includes policies related to matriculation, or the process of entering and first enrolling at the institution, to ensure students are placed in the correct course. |

Faculty Curriculum Development Policies contains policies for faculty who are proposing new coursework. |
