CRJU 3398:Internship 3-9 Credit Hours Prerequisite: Criminal Justice Major; 90 credit hours; and successful completion of 12 upper-level CRJU credits. This course is a structured off-campus experience in a supervised setting that is related to the student’s major and career interests. Practical experience is combined with scholarly work in the topical area of the internship, under the guidance of both a field supervisor and an academic internship coordinator. In advance of the semester of the internship, students must select an appropriate host agency and attend a mandatory departmental internship orientation session.
