CHEM 3030 - Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: “C” or better in CHEM 3362, CHEM 3362L, and MATH 1190.Corequisite: CHEM 3030L. This course describes the major techniques used in the analysis of pharmaceuticals following the United States Pharmacopeia. The topics include quality control, physical and chemical properties of drug molecules and various chemical analysis including classical methods, spectroscopy, and chromatography.
