Program Description
The Specialty Construction Certificate program is designed for students who are interested in mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects, with an emphasis on energy project management. This Certificate program requires 18 credit hours and can potentially be completed in one year.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this program will be able to:
- Recall and apply core ideas and processes involved in the management of building systems, facility operations, occupant services, and maintenance operations post-occupancy.
- Recall and apply key ideas of construction accounting and cost control.
