Program Description
With a Minor in Criminal Justice at KSU, you will learn about crime and criminal justice issues impacting our modern communities. Learn essential skills through relevant coursework, including interpersonal communication, leadership, management concerns, technological applications and ethical considerations. Enroll in courses from appropriate fields of criminal justice like law enforcement, corrections and adjudication.
The Minor in Criminal Justice is offered with flexible options in both face-to-face and online environments.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this program will be able to:
- Identify multiple factors leading to criminal offending.
- Examine how to measure the nature and extent of crime.
- Analyze the approaches used to prevent, sanction, and change criminal behavior.
