Program Description
This interdisciplinary minor program in the language, culture, and society of Greece and Rome includes courses in anthropology, art history, dance, English, history, Latin, music, philosophy, and theatre and performance studies.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
Studens who successfully complete this program will be able to:
- Identify and describe the key texts and monuments produced within the classical world using appropriate terminology.
- Apply discipline specific methodologies to interpret classical texts and art monuments within their historically accurate contexts.
- Write and speak clearly, effectively and analytically through inquiry and research.
- Apply professional practice skills to the field of classical studies.
