IT 6433: IT Management

This course explores IT management, strategy, and governance, focusing on aligning IT with business goals. Students develop IT policies, manage resources, ensure security, and implement governance frameworks to maximize organizational value, culminating in a comprehensive project applying course concepts to real-world IT challenges.
