BRM 9205: Advanced Business Research Analysis 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: BRM 9201 and BRM 9204 and (Admission into the PhD in Business Administration or Post-Master’s Certificate in Business Research Methods) Concurrent: BRM 9202 This course covers advanced statistical methods for analyzing quantitative data from empirical studies. Students extend research ideas from the first quantitative course and explore how advanced analytical software enables them to assess the measurement characteristics of variables, constructs, and relationships based on covariance analysis. Topics include application of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to develop valid and reliable constructs and to examine and improve measurement aspects of questionnaires.
