HON 2800: Honors Applied Learning Experience 0 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: Admissions to University Honors Program An Honors Applied Learning Experience is a way to acquire hands-on experience related to your major in a meaningful way that is less formal than an internship. Some common types of applied learning include volunteering, shadowing a professional in your future field, and observations. At least 48 hours of applied learning experiences are required, along with a written proposal within the first month of the semester and a written report and reflection on the experience by the final class day of the semester.
