ENGL 3105: Literary Forms and Genres 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: ENGL 1102 This course is a study of the development and history of a particular literary form, such as narrative, poetry, or drama, through the exploration of representative works. Particular attention is given to the evolution of new strategies for the creation and reception of the genre and to the aesthetic, historical, and cultural conditions that shape those strategies.
