TPS 3223: Acting II: Intermediate Acting

3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: TPS 2203  
An intermediate acting course applying and advancing the principles of Acting I to intermediate level stage challenges.


Course Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to: 

  1. Demonstrate professional protocol in varied theatrical production and performance contexts.
  2. Engage in productive collaboration in scholarly and creative practice.
  3. Effectively communicate about scholarly and creative practice through speaking, writing, and visual communication.
  4. Practice critical thinking to effectively analyze and critique performances in cultural and historical context.
