OELID - 201 Inclusive Excellence Certification

The ‘Inclusive Excellence Certification’ micro-credential is awarded to learners who successfully complete the Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Inclusive Excellence’s KSU Inclusive Excellence Certificate Program (IECP). This program offers a comprehensive professional development avenue for faculty and staff interested in broadening their perspectives. Through an immersive experience, participants will explore key principles aimed at promoting civility, understanding diverse viewpoints, and fostering a sense of belonging, while engaging with colleagues from across the university.

Upon completion of this micro-credential, learners will be able to:

• Encourage a culture of civility, respect, and understanding within Kennesaw State University.
• Utilize practical skills to navigate diverse perspectives and complexities effectively.
• Foster a common ground and language for dialogue on matters pertinent to inclusion and belonging among participants.

• Deliver a closing oral presentation on what they learned through the program.
• Complete the social identities reflection paper encapsulating their journey through the Intercultural Development Continuum.
