GWST 1102 - Love and Sex3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 1101. This course examines the phenomena of love and sex from multi- and interdisciplinary perspectives in a global context. Students critically evaluate the personal and social significances of intimacy and analyze the ethical, political, and cultural dimensions of love and sex through a variety of media. Topics may include family, marriage and monogamy, sexual identity and orientation, reproductive politics, sex work, consent, and representation.
