MUED 3351 - String Techniques Class I

Prerequisite: Must be a fully admitted music major.
This course provides for basic teaching and playing competencies on violin and/or viola. Students learn technical skills on the instrument and a variety of pedagogical strategies to be used while teaching in a group or individual setting. Students gain the ability to correctly sequence teaching episodes and diagnose and correct common problems in upper string playing.
