MATH 3310 - Differential Equations3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: A grade of “C” or better in MATH 2202. An introduction to the modeling of continuous phenomena using ordinary differential equations. Emphasis will be placed on the combined use of qualitative, numerical, and analytical approaches to the analysis of models. Technology will be used for numerical and graphical analysis. Among topics included will be formulation of models, local stability analysis, phase lines and phase planes, and Euler’s numerical algorithms.
