LDRS 3600 - Ethics in Leadership3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 1102. This course examines leader’s behaviors through an ethical lens and delves into the moral decision making process and the role of ethics in leadership. Based on analysis of case studies of current and historical vents, students gain an understanding of ethical leadership decision making while touching on the theories of ethics and their application. Students can expect to focus on the importance of understanding ethics in a global environment.
