ENGL 4360 - American Literature Before 18003 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 2145. Literary studies of colonial and early United States literature. Prior to 1800 in the Americas, complex and diverse encounters of Old and New World cultures resulted in the Constitution of the United States of America and the emergence of its wide range of literatures.
