BIOL 3390 - Developmental Biology3 Class Hours 3 Laboratory Hours 4 Credit Hours Corequisite: A grade of “C” or better in BIOL 3300/3300L. Students will explore the developmental process of animals and plants from formation of gametes through embryonic stages, birth, maturation, and aging. Students will use experimental embryology to understand the molecular mechanisms of cellular differentiation and anatomical development. In the laboratory, students will learn developmental biology techniques for culturing plant and animal cells and tissues.
