BIOL 3315 - Vertebrate Zoology3 Class Hours 3 Laboratory Hours 4 Credit Hours Prerequisite: A grade of “C” or better in BIOL 1107/1107L and BIOL 1108/1108L. This course is an examination of the phylogenetic relationships, evolutionary origins, and life history traits of vertebrate organisms. In laboratories, students will explore the identification of North American vertebrates and examine the relationship between morphology and taxonomy. Two day-long field trips outside of regularly scheduled lab hours are required.
