Information Technology, (WebBSIT)

WebBSIT is a Bachelor of Science degree program in Information Technology designed to meet your needs for any time, any place learning.  Georgia’s WebBSIT program produces Information Technology graduates with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet the needs of the state’s employers.

Note: this program will be discontinued after the Spring, 2016 semester.
 

General Education (42 Credit Hours)


Areas A-E are common core at KSU.  (Available from KSU or through eCore®) 

The area A math requirement is MATH1113 (Pre-Calc), and the Area D math requirement is MATH 1501 (eCore) or MATH1190 (Calc 1). 

The WebBSIT area B2 requirement is COM 1100 & STS 2105. 

Lower Division Major Requirements (Area F) (18 Credit Hours)


Electives (9 Credit Hours)


Electives courses must be outside of WebBSIT.

Upper-Level Concentration (9 Credit Hours)


All WebBSIT students are required to take 9 credit hours as an upper-level concentration.  The courses for the concentration are:
