The Certificate in Information Security and Assurance (ISA) is designed for students with an interest in Information Security and its application in the expanding field of technology. The ISA program emphasizes the skills and knowledge necessary to protect and inspect systems, and to detect and react to threats to the security of information in those systems.
Each student will be required to complete the 12 hour core (4 courses) and then select and complete one elective (3 hours).
All coursework within the certificate program must be completed with a “C” or better in order to count towards the certificate.

Core: Required Courses (12 Credit Hours)
Elective: One course selected from the following (3 Credit Hours):
Any ISA prefix course, or any course listed as an elective in the BBA-ISA program with an IS or CRJU prefix. Program Total (15 Credit Hours)
