This course is designed to introduce students to the foundations and theories of conflict management. The course includes an interdisciplinary introducation to conflict management. The course includes an interdisciplinary introduction to conflict, the history of the field, sources of conflict, and conflict theory. The course introduces students to the various responses to conflict.
