HIST 8471:Topics in Recent US History3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: Admission to graduate study at the doctoral level This course considers specific topics in the political, economic, social, and/or cultural history of the US since 1939. Topics may include foreign policy, suburbanization, technology, religion, protest movements, globalization, business-government relations, workers and the workplace, or the development of the national security state.
