IS 3220:Global IS Project Management3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: IS 2200 , 60 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0, and Admission to the Coles College Undergraduate Professional Program or student in a Coles College Partner Program that includes this course. In this course, students will be exposed to the basic principles of Global Project Management, effective teamwork and collaboration. It will prepare students to understand key issues in global project management such as project initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, quality management and communicating and collaborating across political and cultural boundaries. Tools such as Microsoft Project will be used to develop and track Information Systems projects.
