CETL - 104 TILT: Assignment Design for Transparency in Learning and TeachingThis session presents an overview of the research-based TILT (Transparency in Learning and Teaching) framework and its effectiveness for supporting student learning and academic success. Learners will examine how providing students with a clear purpose for assignments, describing the task in detail, and specifying the criteria on which students will be evaluated might enhance student performance. Faculty members who teach full-time or part-time in any modality (face-to-face, asynchronous or synchronous online, or hybrid) would benefit from this presentation. Earning Criteria: Recipients may earn the souvenir by either attending an in-person workshop on the topic, participating in a synchronous webinar on the topic, or by watching a webinar recording on the topic.
