WRIT 3160:Argumentative Writing3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 1102 This course focuses on the study and practice of argumentative writing. It includes the study of current models of effective arguments and the process of forming written arguments. It features extensive writing and revision, workshop discussion, and readings of classical and contemporary arguments. The course can be taken more than once provided the course content differs entirely from the previous offering.
