CS 7327:Computer Graphics and Multimedia

Prerequisite: Coursework in Data Structures or CS 5040  as determined by program admission
A study of the algorithms and principles of interactive 3D computer graphics, this course focuses on the rendering of graphical data with an emphasis on real-time systems. Topics include standards, supporting mathematics (including matrix and vector operations), the graphics pipeline, coordinate systems, lighting calculations, texturing, file formats and shader-based rendering.
