MGT 4003:Managing Projects3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: MGT 4001 and (ECON 2300 or STAT 3125 ), 60 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0, and Admission to the Coles College Undergraduate Professional Program or student in a Coles College Partner Program that includes this course. In this course, students learn to complete organizational projects on time and on budget. This course introduces students to project management (PM) from both a process and project tool standpoint. Students focus on understanding project definition and scope, resource allocation, task dependencies and risk management. Students also learn how to use PM software in the context of managing a team project.
