MGT 3190:Business, Ethics, and Society3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: 60 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0, and Admission to the Coles College Undergraduate Professional Program or student in a Coles College Partner Program that includes this course. This course examines the relationship between business and society and the role of ethics in employee and managerial decision-making and behavior. Using a stakeholder management approach, the course explores uses and potential abuses of business power on internal and external stakeholders. Models for integrating ethical concerns into business decisions are examined.
