CS 5070:Mathematical Structures for Computer Science3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: Undergraduate Calculus course. Topics from discrete mathematics include set theory, relations and functions, principles of counting, graph theory, formal logic, recursion, and finite state machines. Emphasis is given to how mathematics relates to computer science.
