ECE 3313 - The Preschool Curriculum

3 Credit Hours 2 Class Hours 3 Laboratory Hours
Prerequisites EDUC 3302.
The course is designed to assist students in developing knowledge and understanding of the principles, components and development of preschool curricula, and strategies of learning for preschool children. The field experience in a prekindergarten setting, a requirement of this course, is designed to assist the teacher/facilitator in the application of developmentally appropriate practices with preschool children with and without disabilities.

Notes Verification of professional liability insurance is required prior to placement in the field experience.
