The focus is on managerial decision making within the law in areas such as EEO, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment, Family Leave Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Taft Hartley Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Act.
