LDRS 3000 - Foundations of Leadership3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 1102. History, theories and models of leadership are examined from an interdisciplinary perspective. Students begin to develop their own leadership identity and consider how their personality and leadership style affects group process. Other factors that affect leadership such as gender and culture are also explored. Interviews with and observations of leaders from a variety of disciplines help students better understand the ethical and practical applications of leadership.
