EDRD 7717 - Reading Assessment and Instruction

Prerequisite: EDRD 7715, evidence of background check.
An advanced study of reading assessment instruments used for understanding the literacy needs of all grade-level readers. Candidates will use assessment data to plan evaluate, and revise effective reading and writing instruction to meet diverse learning. Durrent trends and issues in testing and assessment in U.S. schools will be studied.

 

Note A field component is required. All candidates must submit evidence of passing a criminal background check.
