2.8 - Class Rolls

Class rosters are available through the KSU Owl Express. Instructors are to check class rosters using procedures provided by the Office of the Registrar. Instructors should be reminded that they are not to allow any unauthorized students in their classes. A student is authorized to attend a class when that student’s name appears on the class roster available on Owl Express. If a student claims to be in an instructor’s class and their name is not on the roster, ask the student to report to the Office of the Registrar and get the situation clarified. As soon as a student has been registered for a class, their name will be on the class roster in Owl Express. Ask your students if any of them are registered for AUDIT CREDIT. If so, be sure the grade V shows on the class roster. If not, have the student contact the Office of the Registrar immediately.
