Kennesaw State University adopts parking and traffic regulations pursuant to the authority conferred upon the Board of Regents to make rules regulations by Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.), § 20-3-31, and the Constitution of the State of Georgia, Article VIII, Section IV, Paragraph I (b). Those regulations apply to all persons operating motor vehicles at Kennesaw State University and become part of the terms and conditions accepted by all persons permitted to operate motor vehicles on campus, which includes that property owned or leased by the Board of Regents and designated as Kennesaw State University.
