The program of study leading to the Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics offers formal training in problem solving, critical and quantitative thinking and logical argument. With these highly employervalued skills, the B.S. with a major in Mathematics is intended for students deeply interested in mathematics and wishing to pursue a career in a mathematical field or graduate study.
