PSYC 3270:Engineering Psychology3 Class Hours 0 Laboratory Hours 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: PSYC 1101 This course provides a survey of the applied areas of psychology, which has proven useful in the design of equipment for human use and in the design of man-machine systems. This course is offered at a beginning level and is conducted as a lecture course. The content is basically psychological, but the emphasis is on how psychological knowledge can be applied in the design or organization of machines, equipment or systems intended for human use.
